Audi in Belgium

The Belgian plant is the key plant for electric mobility within the Audi Group. Since 2018 Audi produces the brand’s first all-electric SUV, the Audi e-tron CO₂-neutral in Brussels. The plant will procure green electricity and purchase biogas certificates to make its heat-generation activities CO₂‑neutral in the Smart Factory. For the production of the Audi e-tron the Brussels site also has its own battery manufacturing facility.

This is where Audi has put down roots with the site of its corporate headquarters. Audi produces a wide range of models for the world market at its largest production site in Ingolstadt, as well as in Neckarsulm.

Audi Hungary is the largest engine plant worldwide. Since 2018, the company has also been producing the electric motor for the Audi e-tron in Brussels. In Győr, the Audi TT Coupé, TT Roadster, A3 Cabriolet and, since 2018, the Audi Q3 roll off the production line.

China is Audi’s largest single market in the world, and Audi has production facilities such as Changchun and Foshan there as part of the FAW-VW joint venture. The Audi China branch is headquartered in Beijing.

Audi do Brasil Indústria e Comércio de Veículos Ltda. started production of the Audi A3 Sedan in 2015. The São José dos Pinhais site in Curitiba, Brazil, also produced the Audi Q3 until 2019.

Skoda Auto India Private Limited (SAIPL) has been producing automobiles for AUDI AG at its site in Aurangabad in the Indian federal state of Maharashtra since September 2007.

In Bratislava, the luxury-class SUV Audi Q7 has been rolling off the production line since the end of 2005, while the Audi Q8 has been in production since 2018.

In the spring of 2011, SEAT, S.A. started production of the Audi Q3 in Martorell on behalf of Audi. Today, the Audi A1 Sportback is produced at this location.
